How Our Expert Virtual Organizing Services Work

Step 1

The first step is to fill out this quick form. Once I get your info, we can schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call to get to know one another and for me to find out about your organizing project.

After your complimentary 15-minute phone call, we’ll schedule an intake consultation where you will give us a tour via FaceTime or Zoom and we can answer any questions you may have.

Step 3

Once you have chosen to hire Practically Perfect Homes for your organizing needs, we’ll help you select the right package (see below,) and get your sessions scheduled! You’ll send us 5-10 photos of the space to be organized and we’ll send you a questionnaire to complete before your first session.

We will get to work with you during our virtual sessions with step-by-step help as you tackle your most challenging spaces.

What to Expect

  • We’ll have a preliminary phone call to learn about what you’d like to organize in your home.

  • We’ll set up a simple virtual tour of your area to be organized via FaceTime or Zoom. If none of those are an option for you photos can be sent by you.

  • You’ll take 5-10 photos of your space and email it to us so we can look back at your space as we make our plans.

  • We strategize before your session and, if needed, shop for products needed to work on your project.

  • We will provide you with a virtual session where we will get you started with step-by-step help, including suggestions for discards, how to discard, helpful resources and a list with links of suggested products. We do these in 30-60 minute sessions and check back in at intervals that work for you, based on the package hours you choose.

  • We’ll also offer our assistance along the way by phone, FaceTime, Zoom, email or text.
